NOTES:  *Game 13 is necessary if winner of Game 9 also wins Game 11. **Game 14 is necessary if winner of Game 10 also wins Game 12. #If game 13 is not necessary, game 14 will remain at originally scheduled time. CHAMPIONSHIP GAME Rice and Southern Mississippi will play in the championship game on Sunday at a newly-announced game time of 11:00 a.m. ET. The game was shifted from 2:00 p.m. because of the likelihood of rain Sunday afternoon in the Hattiesburg area. The game is to be televised on a tape-delayed basis by CBS College Sports later on Sunday at 7:30 p.m. (Rice won the championship game 8-6.)
