East Carolina wins recruiting battle for Brim

| East Carolina has received a
football commitment from highly-regarded offensive lineman Matthew Brim
of Winston-Salem Carver. Brim attended ECU’s football camp last week and
was impressed with the campus. The 6-foot-6, 310-pounder was being
heavily recruited by N.C. State and others but Brim told Walter Simms of
Atlantic Coast Preps that he was firm on his commitment to the Pirates.
Brim is the fifth known commitment to ECU for the 2003 recruiting class. |
