Dunkley gets league
honor, qualifies for NCAAs

CHICAGO - East Carolina junior Julien Dunkley was named Conference USA
Co-Athlete of the Week for his performance in last weekend's Bulldog
Limited, Associate Director of Media Relations Robin Jentes announced
Wednesday.
Dunkley won the 100 meter dash in 10.16 seconds, automatically qualifying
for the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. That time ranks the
Westbury, NY, native fifth nationally in the event and second in Conference
USA.
Dunkley also ranks ninth in the nation in the 200 meter dash (20.68) and
is a member of East Carolina's sixth-ranked 4x100 meter relay team.
