East Carolina women's golf coach Kim Lewellen will compete in the "Big Break VII: Reunion," which is scheduled to premiere on Feb. 25 on the Golf Channel.

Lewellen will compete against 15 of the most memorable characters from the previous six seasons of the popular series. The field will include eight males and eight females.

Diamond Rogers’ jumper with 32.3 seconds remaining in overtime proved to be the game winner as UAB defeated East Carolina 73-69 on Thursday evening at Minges Coliseum.

Cherie Mills led ECU with 19 points and eight rebounds. LaCoya Terry finished with 17 while Jasmine Young had 16.

Ben Mauk, Wake Forest's starter at quarterback at the outset of the 2006 season, said he will transfer from the Winston-Salem university after graduating this spring. Mauk plans to enroll at a school that offers a master's degree in advanced education administration, which Wake Forest does not offer.

Mauk broke his arm in a 20-10 season-opening win over Syracuse and did not play the rest of the 2006 season. Redshirt freshman Riley Skinner stepped in and helped the Demon Deacons to their first ACC championship since 1970.
